They deliver the modeem and microfilters on time but don't expect to get a quick response from their help line. A 2 hour wait is not uncommon. I have a broadband modem in Well Hill Lane but it rarely works for more than 4 minutes. It not a 'allways on' service and trying to get BT to fix it is next to impossible! |

Things are better now. Broadband works in Well Hill Lane most of the time. The dropping out every 4 minutes was due to faulty overhead cables that were replaced by BT. |
