- There will Wildlife Walk from Lullingstone Park Visitors Centre starting at 2:30pm. A Woodland and Verteran Trees walk. No need to book, just turn up on the day wearing comfortable shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing and water, sunscreen and a hat if hot. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. - There will be a memorial to honour Sergeant John Ellis of No.85 Squadron who went 'missing' on 1st September 1940, when his Hawker Hurricane crashed at Chelsfield.
The unveiling ceremony including a flypast will take place from 12 Noon on Saturday 17th May 2008.
The location is opposite Court Lodge Farm on
Warren Road, Chelsfield BR6 6ER.
